Major refurbishment works to include high spec, best class office space over 5 levels including LEED Platinum sustainability rating. Specifications include: Onsite renewable energy, energy efficient façade and systems, rainwater harvesting, healthy interior environment with enhanced daylighting and interior air quality. The pergola and railing elements to the front of the building will be removed and a new landscaped plaza will be created including new 2.9 metre high feature leading into an impressive reception area with stone floor and wall tiling together with feature lighting throughout.

KSN were appointed by Hibernia Reit and Twitter on this impressive project. KSN worked both on the landlord works and (separately) the Twitter fit out works. Additionally, extensions were added to the ground floor and a glazing feature added to the front façade. The basement (3,600m2) was completely overhauled to include shower changing areas, increased bike storage and active areas / gym. The site was landscaped to suit both landlord and Twitter requirements. All teams involved provided a proficient turnaround within 11 months – impressive for a project of this nature and size.

12 week project involving full Cat A and Cat B fit-out on the 2nd floor of a 7 storey office building to create Hostelworld’s Irish HQ in Central Park, Sandyford in Dublin. KSN worked with KSN Project Management, Ardmac and HJ Lyons to create this open plan space, meeting rooms, breakout areas and tea points. A new reception was also installed with bespoke desk and feature walls using specialist joinery.
